Jeff Adkins — Principal & Founder
Jeff Adkins is a senior technology executive with 20+ years leading enterprise digital transformation, AI deployment, and customer experience modernization for global organizations. He currently serves as Manager of Technical Account Management at Zendesk, where he leads a team architecting AI-driven workflows and agentic operations for Fortune 500 clients. He has operationalized three major M&A technology integrations, led 30+ person organizations, and managed $60M ARR client portfolios.
Beyond executive leadership, Jeff is a hands-on AI engineer — building production AI agents in Rust, operating a local AI computing cluster for edge model inference, and deploying AI-powered platforms to production. This combination of executive strategy and technical depth is rare at any level in the defense industrial base.
Jeff holds an Executive Leadership Certification in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, a Master of Science in Global Technology and Economic Development from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Strategic Communication from Colorado State University. He is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt and the author of The Technical Account Manager's Playbook: A TAM's Guide for Enterprise-Wide Digital Transformation.
